Expert Opinion

The Emilia-Romagna ERDF Regional Programme 2021-2027 presents an outstanding funding opportunity for Renewable Energy Communities (RECs). This program provides crucial economic support to cover costs related to installing renewable energy production and storage systems, along with associated technical expenses. By financing these essential elements, the funding directly aids local energy communities in building and expanding renewable infrastructure, including solar, wind, and other sustainable energy sources. This support also extends to energy storage solutions, enhancing resilience and promoting self-sufficiency within these communities.
