Description
The CE Offices Program provides grants to establish Community Transformation Offices (OTCs) across Spain to help promote and support energy communities. These offices offer technical assistance and advisory services, including feasibility studies, regulatory navigation, and business model development. OTCs, including CERES (national) and Eco Granada (regional), help communities access grants such as those from the CE-IMPLEMENTA Program by offering hands-on support throughout the project planning and application processes.
